Dr Tsai is a Consultant at the Singapore National Eye Centre. He graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor or Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2008. He completed his Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology in 2014 and became Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, Edinburgh in 2015. He gained accreditation as a specialist in Ophthalmology in 2016 and became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in the same year.
Dr Tsai believes in an evidence-based and patient-centric approach to clinical care. His current clinical practice includes general cataract and comprehensive ophthalmology. He is subspecializing in the field of vitreo-retinal diseases in order to provide quality care to patients afflicted with retinal problems.
